Today I did a river clean up… almost by myself. I think four volunteers showed up in total. I actually had class just previous and was considering not going, but the staff ended up being really nice and happy that we came. Although it started storming after about an hour, I got to scramble around on the steep riverbanks & I found a Sprite can from pre-1994! (I looked up the design online later to see how old it was). Also a woman I met gave me a ride home, which was much better than a CityBus
I got a package in the mail today that I’ve been waiting for.
I had dinner with some of my favorite people, including my boyfriend & his roommate.
My 6-o-clock meeting turned out not to exist, so I came back to my room, watched How I Met Your Mother, and had a nap.
My dad got me a bike! It’s turquoise & 90s-looking & the best.
Tonight, I’m going to work on homework, eat a milkshake with Veronica, and visit Nitesh.
Tomorrow, I have CGT lab, which is my favorite class of the week, and in the evening, Nitesh & I are going to see Lupe Fiasco!
